International Funds Transfer
Chadwick FCU will assist you in transferring funds internationally through Cambridge Mercantile Group (CMG). There are three types of international transfer available:
1) US dollars to foreign currency whereby a designated amount of US Dollars are exchanged to whatever foreign currency you desire and then wired (or paid with an electronic check processor) to the receiving foreign institution. US dollars are converted into the foreign currency at the current exchange rate offered by CMG.
2) Foreign currency to foreign currency, a designated amount of foreign currency is transferred and the US Dollar equivalent is withdrawn from your account in accordance with CMG’s current exchange rate.
3) US dollars to US dollars the transfer is made in US Dollars and exchanged to the appropriate foreign currency by the receiving institution, unless the beneficiary’s account is specifically designated to receive US Dollars.
